Dairy and Food
We manufacture a wide cross section of products for the Dairy and Food industries including de-watering press, storage tanks, filters and strainers, ducting, pump bases and covers, UF and RO modules, agitated vessels, horizontal blenders, sizing mills, lecithin melt tanks, tubular heat exchangers, packaging machinery and conveyor systems.

Filtration
We manufacture RO, UF, NF & MF Filtration Modules and Headers to our customer’s designs for a variety of industries. We also manufacture a range of filters and strainers to cater for a broad range of applications from 100 to 5,000 micron.

* 5-axis with 6-tonne table (1,300mm x 1,100mm)

* Travel x = 1,500mm y = 1,500mm z = 1,200mm

* Right angle vertical drive and International 40 spindle (1,200rpm)

Lathes (3):

* up to 4m between centre with 1m swing

Pharmaceutical
We have completed several contracts to supply pharmaceutical grade piping solutions for sterile product and water loops. These are welded using orbital T.I.G. machines to provide consistent high quality joints and integrity of the internal surface finishes. We also manufacture specialised mixing vessels to client specifications including fully certified jacketed pressure vessels with polished internal surfaces to less than 0.3 ra which are then electro-polished for extra protection.

Pulp and Paper
We supply stainless steel storage vessels and other manufactured components and piping to this emerging New Zealand industry.
