More and more of our customers are seizing the opportunity to leverage off this process through their own new product development or simply to take advantage of cheaper more accurate production solutions.
Our new Trumpf Tru-Laser Tube 5000 is fully commissioned and has now been operating for one month.
Being the only machine of its kind in New Zealand, nothing matches its speed, superior cut quality and minimal internal splatter.
Much to the approval of Production Solutions Manager, Toby Stone who says, “Production jobs which were taking two weeks are now taking only a few days. We’re basically getting every job we quote.”
The pictured chair (above) is an example of a one piece part, made from 50mmx50mm RHS (Rectangular Hollow Section). To produce 150 of the pictured miniature chairs would take less than one hour - evidence that the Trumpf Tru-Laser Tube 5000 has extremely quick processing capabilities.
